Pilates is a practice of breathing, concentration, control, centre, flow and precision. Our instructors have long practiced Pilates, developed personal passions and then moved into instructing. All our instructors are qualified, ensuring expertise in body awareness and movement, principles of training and injury and rehabilitation.

Our studio boasts 8 reformers and associated props and expansive space for 8 clients. Our ratios are 8 or less for all classes to ensure attention to each client can be delivered and focus on YOU is guaranteed. Our classes include Reformer Slow, Reformer Flow, Reformer Athletic, Mums & Bubs.

slow REFORMER

Begin your journey into Pilates with our beginner reformer classes. A gradual introduction that uses simpler positions to get to know this new piece of equipment. Don’t be fooled this will give you a great workout in all the essential areas. Think core, gluts, arms - all over really. You will feel confident here being led by supportive instructors, guiding you to mastering this apparatus.

Flow reformer

This is everything you have come to know and love about Pilates. Elongation, toning, challenging poses all with fluid positional changes. A mindfulness practice joins the exercise world as we connect body to breathe, neural to muscle and experience the full benefits of reformer Pilates in all its glory. Athletic reformer

I know what your thinking - this all looks elegant and wonderful and I know my core needs a good burn BUT what about my sweat sesh??

Here it is! Our athletic classes combines HiiT with our Reformer and it is a real burner! If you are ready to stretch yourself further, test your strength, endurance and give yourself a good cardio hit - Athletic is for you!

An extra tip - Wednesday and Thursday mornings are the go to!

Looking to safely return to exercise after welcoming your little one into the world? Our mums & bubs class is run by our Physiotherapists

Jump into our Mums & Bubs Class, tailored to suit new mothers from 6 weeks -12 months postpartum! 

You can bring your bub along or even fly it solo! 

Focuses on pelvic floor recovery and abdominal wall rehab, including abdominal separation and pelvic stability.

What a great opportunity to bond with your little ones, all while strengthening your recovering body as a whole!
