What to expect in a Women’s Strength class at F2F →

Our classes are designed to feel safe, supportive, and achievable - whether you’re new to lifting or returning after a break.

  • Small-group format so you’re never lost in the crowd

  • Warm up, strength blocks and cool down in every session

  • Technique-focused coaching from our very own Allied Health Assistant

  • Options for different levels and life stages (pre/postnatal, perimenopause, etc.)

  • Space to ask questions and move at your own pace

  • You’re new to strength training or feel unsure in a regular gym

  • You’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause

Not the best fit if:
  • You’re after a high-intensity, fast-paced bootcamp

  • You’re looking for 1:1 rehab (we can help with that separately via physiotherapy)
