Face-to-face Reformer Pilates classes

Our 8 bed Reformer Pilates studio in Tamworth NSW offers dynamic, full-body workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, and control. We have two class styles in our regular class schedule - Reformer Slow & Reformer Flow.

Reformer Slow 

New to Reformer or easing back after a break? This class is the perfect place to start.

With a slower pace and supportive guidance, you’ll learn the foundations of core strength & build confidence in movement through gentle, targeted exercises.

Our instructors will take the time to get to know you; your body, your movement style, and your goals - so you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

👉 Pilates socks are required for safety and grip.

Reformer Flow

Our intermediate-level class is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and control - making it perfect for those who already have Pilates experience.

🧘‍♀️ Expect to refine: Core activation, coordination & movement efficiency through layers of targeted muscle engagement.

This class IS NOT suitable for beginners, but it’s ideal if you’re ready to take your practice to the next level.

Along the way, you’ll connect with our experienced instructors as they get to know you; your body, your movement patterns, and your goals.
